Mark as Useful Calling to collect on an outstanding CC debt saying it's being pursued by the IRS? Said they were a consumer advocate and unbiased. Yet the called was judgemental and hung up on me.

Mark as Useful Phone rings once, then stops. Not long enough to show on caller ID. Used *69 to get number, called and rec'd "phone not in service" msg. This has happened 4 times in 30 minutes.
